VISAS
Participants are responsible for their visas to come to Namibia. Most visitors to Namoibia re issued with days at the port of entry. You however need to verify your status with your travel agent. Visa Requirements for Foreigners traveling to Namibia
Nationals from African countries listed below are not required to obtain Visas to travel to Namibia for visits shorter than three months:
Angola, Malawi, Mozambique, Botswana, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Kenya, Lesotho, Zambia, Zimbabwe
VALIDITY
Visas are valid up to three months from date of issue for stays of up to three months from date of entry. Extensions for a further three months are available from the Ministry of Home Affairs in Windhoek.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
(a) Valid passport

(b) Completed application form

(c) Two passport-size photos

(d) Return or onward ticket or proof of accommodation

(e) Fee
Private: (a)-(e) and, (f) Letter of invitation from Namibian resident.
Business: (a)-(e) and, (f) Company letter (g) Letter from sponsoring company in Namibia
Please note that a minimum of three working days are required for processing applications.

ACCOMODATION
There a many hotels and guest houses participants can book in during their stay in Namibia. We provide you with a short list of the accommodation options and secure provisional bookings. Health Cover and Insurance
Participants are responsible for their health and insurance cover for the duration of the course at ICD. You are encouraged to make proper arrangements for medical and insurance cover while attending the course. ICD provides transport should the need arises.

STUDY EXCURSION
Namibia is tourist country with a lot of tourist attraction areas. Attending an ICD course in Namibia would accord the participants to visit the desert and see the sand dunes side by side with the Ocean. Today visitors have discovered the vast potential of a country rich in natural resources, with desert landscapes, sunshine, wildlife and a rugged, barren beauty. Namibia has a diversity of natural habitats: the rugged coastline and haunting beauty of the Skeleton Coast, the endless stretch of undulating ochre-coloured sand dunes at Sossusvlei, the impressive gorge of the Fish River Canyon winding through the arid landscape of the great plateau, and the vast salt pan of Etosha National Park, one of the world's greatest wildlife viewing venues. These are the attractions that draw travellers to one of Africa's more intriguing destinations, the unspoilt wilderness of Namibia.These are a spectale and all participants are taken for excursions to Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. COST OF LIVING
The Changes in the global market have generally resulted in high prices for basic commodities and accommodation. REGISTRATION MODES
To attend ICD courses one has to be accepted and be registered. Applications can be done using:
- Email
Applicants can send their training requests using the emails enroll@icdtraining.com or coordinator@icdtraining.com. Our staff attend to all training requests and application for courses within 24 hours. Most applications get same day responses.
- Online application form
Applicants can also apply by completing the Online registration the completion of the form will provide the necessary details enough to consider and process the application
- Fax – Downloadable application form
Download the Application form in PDF or Word form. Complete and fax to the provided fax number.
- Letter Application
One can also apply buy sending a letter by post. This is the longest way of applying and seems to be outdated. Applicants can use that method in cases where the training date is not very close. To apply use the following details:

Responses are as soon as we get your details and we strive to provide you the acceptance details within I working day (but Often be quicker than that)

What is critical is for ICD to get your name, preferred course and dates. This will allow us to send you the acceptance letter confirming your registration together with the Course outline, Bank and Accommodation Details. DISCOUNTS
ICD offer at least 10 % or Negotiable discounts on fees for at least 5 participants coming from the same institution attending same course at the same time. Incentives of up to 10% of payable fees are also given to persons who refer applicants to attend ICD courses. This is to appreciate the time and effort the person(s) would have spend distributing our information and marketing the courses and ICD training experience.
Payment of Tuition Fees
Payment of fees should be done before programme commencement. Payment through Bank transfers should be in US$ or South Africa rand. In the event of late payment an undertaking to pay should be communicated to the Programmes Coordinator.
