ENROLLMENT /APPLICATION PROCEDURES

  1. Identify your preferred scheduled short course on our calendar or request for a customised course

  2. Check your preferred venue (Windhoek- Namibia; Pretoria/JHN-South Africa), dates, and course duration

  3. Send your application using email, sms, fax, online application or call the Programmes Coordinator

  4. On receipt of application the coordination team should send you acceptance details with acceptance letter, Invoice, accommodation details, information on VISAs and Bank details for Tuition fees transfer via Bank Transfer.

  5. In cases where you need a VISA to come to Namibia or South Africa, then you need to apply for a business VISA from the nearest embassy. For those coming to Namibia and are in countries where there is no Namibian Embassy. Immediately after getting your internal approvals send scanned copies of your passport (face/data page) together with support letter from employer/sponsor. We will submit your VISA application here in Namibia. Once its approved the scanned copy will be send to you for endorsement in your passport on arrival in Namibia. The cost of VISA is N$$390 payable to ICD on arrival

  6. You can also apply for Namibia Business VISA and submit the form together with associated requirements to the nearest embassy or consulate. The full list of Namibian embassies and high commissions can be accessed on www.mfa.gov.na. The VISA Form can be downloaded on the site www.mha.gov.na.

  7. Coming to Namibia is via Accra Ghana where you can use Namibia Airlines or VIA South Africa where you can use Namibia Airlines, British Airways and South African Airways among others.

  8. Once you have obtained your approval please send travel itinerary to the Coordination to allow us to make transports arrangements with Welfare and Logistics Department to collect you from the airport.
