DELEGATE INFORMATION
Course Cancellation Policy
Review ICD’s published cancellation terms before registering or making travel arrangements.
Cancellation and refunds
Written cancellation or transfer requests must reach ICD’s Coordination Office at least 30 days before commencement. Eligible cancellations receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee. Later cancellations and non-attendance incur the full fee with no refund, subject to any applicable exceptions.
Transfers and replacements
Moving to another course within six months adds a 25% transfer charge and any fee difference. A replacement delegate may attend the original course without an additional charge when the registration meets the policy terms.
Delegate responsibilities
Delegates unable to attend must notify the coordinator in writing at least five days before the start; this notification requirement does not replace the 30-day refund deadline. Delegates select their course and report delivery concerns promptly.
Travel bookings
Wait for venue confirmation before purchasing travel or accommodation. Delegates bear these costs; ICD recommends refundable bookings.
ICD cancellation or rescheduling
ICD may cancel or reschedule courses. Course fees paid are refunded or credited to the rescheduled course. ICD excludes responsibility for other costs and resulting losses.
