Visa and travel information

ICD provides visa and accommodation information with acceptance letters. Contact the team for current guidance and hotel or guesthouse booking assistance.

Accommodation

For Namibia, ICD can suggest accommodation and arrange provisional bookings. Delegates choose their preferred option. ICD recommends staying within 5 km of the training venue; its published guidance offers free transport within that radius.

Health cover and insurance

Delegates arrange their own medical and insurance cover for the course period.

Study excursions

ICD’s published guidance describes guided excursions at its Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa centres. Confirm arrangements for your course with the team.

Budgeting for your stay

Accommodation and meals vary by destination, preference and season. Request current estimates before booking.
